Established in 1989 under the leadership of Late Sh. Sat Parkash Kapoor and his son Sh. Girish Kapoor, who is the current Managing Director of the firm. Under his leadership and benevolent vision, the company has relentlessly continued its journey on the path of fast placed growth.
LWS is a pioneer in its field in Ludhiana, the capital of Hosiery and Woollen products of India, also suitably nicknamed the Manchester of India. The strategic location and easy accessibility by road and by air make LWS an extremely viable proposition.

Managing Director

Girish Kapoor, has the singular honour of masterminding the conversion of LWS to a Public Limited Company, as a result of which it is a much sought-after share in the stock market today. The company has also benefitted from his experience and expertise in Production control and Finance Management. With over 45 years of experience in this sector, the M.D. brings forth a variety of expertise to help the younger task force navigate its way forward.

A quest for perfection keeping in mind methodism and a flexibility to accommodate better ideas is the undermining feature of the entire framework of LWS. It’s accordance with the guidelines laid down by the specified beneficiaries has assisted the separate departments to work together in an easy and systematic manner.
